Sarah Rench is a dual AI and security architect and senior technology executive specializing in building and scaling AI and security-driven products, services, and strategies that transform how global organizations utilize data, cloud, and security. She leads international teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions across Cloud, RPA, NLP, ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Databricks, Microsoft Cloud, and enterprise security platforms.

A technology-agnostic leader, Sarah combines strategic vision with deep technical expertise to translate complex technologies into scalable offerings and go-to-market strategies. Her background spans data and cloud migration, data governance, AI security, and full-lifecycle security services, enabling clients to innovate safely at scale.

Previously, she led global intelligent automation delivery at EY and IPsoft across government, banking, and enterprise sectors. Sarah serves on the Advisory Board of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Artificial Intelligence (APPG AI) and has regularly presented on AI and Cyber Security in the UK Parliament (2023–25). She continues to shape industry thinking on responsible AI and secure digital transformation.

Sarah holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School (specializing in AI and CSV), completed MIT’s Artificial Intelligence programme, and earned a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham. She is a certified Databricks Architect and Microsoft SME.

Her leadership and advocacy have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Everywoman Bupa Cyber Security Award, EDA Inspirational Role Model of the Year (2023), the Avanade I&D Community Builder Award, and being named to the OUTstanding Top 10 LGBT+ Role Model list. She is also a recipient of the Most Influential Women in Tech (Top 100), Women in Data Winner, and EY IWD Change Maker awards.
