About
Cordy Joseph is the creator of The Human Ledger Framework, a human-centered economic framework exploring how identity, contribution, trust, reputation, and data ownership can become portable and accumulate across digital systems.
His work focuses on a central question for the AI economy: how do people retain recognition, agency, and economic participation as more human knowledge, creativity, and labor are absorbed into increasingly autonomous systems?
Cordy is also developing Human Credit, an early-stage application of The Human Ledger focused on how human contribution can be acknowledged, attributed, and carried across digital environments.
He has worked across blockchain and decentralized technology since 2017, with experience spanning digital identity, ecosystem development, venture building, decentralized infrastructure, and strategic partnerships. His work has included helping connect OORT with the Holochain ecosystem, contributing to the formation of HumanAIx and helping advance a more decentralized AI stack.
Cordy also serves as Partner and Head of Partnerships at Laissez-Faire Group, where he works across emerging technology, infrastructure, energy, mobility, and digital systems in frontier and emerging markets.
His work sits at the intersection of AI, decentralized systems, digital identity, and economic participation, with a focus on ensuring that human value does not disappear as intelligent systems scale.
